We are working actively engaging with the OFF, to try to resolve the problem that might be preventing sending the response back to WIPO DAS and the OSF.

- OFF forms to release/share the document to WIPO DAS, not fully fulfilled by the applicant/representative
- Due to internal process the document was sent back to formal examination and is not available for sharing through WIPO DAS.
- Document was deemed secret and cannot be shared through WIPO DAS (revoke request from OFF being submitted).
- Internal delays or processing issues that hinder the automatic process and require human action on the file to release it.
- Other issues of the network or IT systems that might be blocking the release of the document.
