- OFF forms to release/share the document to WIPO DAS, not fully fulfilled by the applicant/representative
- Due to internal process the document was sent back to formal examination and is not available for sharing through WIPO DAS.
- Document was deemed secret and cannot be shared through WIPO DAS (revoke request from OFF being submitted).
- Internal delays or processing issues that hinder the automatic process and require human action on the file to release it.
- Other issues of the network or IT systems that might be blocking the release of the document.

Please be aware that these pages are only controlling the files that WIPO DAS is waiting for a PDF response (ie: for files that DAS has received a retrieval request). For files that failed validation by the connection between eFiling and WIPO DAS (ie: when an applicant is trying to file a new application and the DAS code does not validate), we do not keep track of those request so we don't have ways to know that the application is not yet registered in WIPO DAS. In any case, if somehow the DAS code is failing the validation with WIPO DAS in ePCT, the reason is because the application has not yet been registered in WIPO DAS (this mostly happens with USPTO). If this happens, please ask the applicant to contact USPTO, the issue is with them not with WIPO DAS. |
