BackgroundThe WIPO Digital Access Service (DAS, also known as the Priority Document Digital Access Service) is a system allowing priority documents to be exchanged directly between Offices instead of requiring the applicant to request and forward certified copies of patent applications to support priority claims. The system provides for applicants and offices to securely exchange documents, meeting the needs of the Paris Convention for certification. Issue status:Pending:CNIPA PDF responses still blocked, working with the office to resolve the issue Slow internal process of some requests, code changes to be implemented this week to reduce/resolve those delays. Some DATA migration issues still affecting some retrievals, working on identifying the records with problems. For more information on the changes, and the up-to-date information on the day of the switch, please check the following page(s): WIPO DAS new infrastructure |
