BackgroundThe WIPO Digital Access Service (DAS, also known as the Priority Document Digital Access Service) is a system allowing priority documents to be exchanged directly between Offices instead of requiring the applicant to request and forward certified copies of patent applications to support priority claims. The system provides for applicants and offices to securely exchange documents, meeting the needs of the Paris Convention for certification. The fourth session of the Working Group on the Digital Access Service for Priority Documents (DAS Working Group) will take place in a hybrid format—both in person at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva and via an online platform—from March 10 to 12, 2025, running daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (CET). Agenda and Documents The provisional agenda (document WIPO/DAS/PD/WG/4/1.Prov) is available on the WIPO website: https://www.wipo.int/meetings/en/details.jsp?meeting_id=86188 Additional working documents will be posted on the WIPO website as they become available.
