There have been some problems for delivery of files to some offices in the last months.
It is a random issue and is normally related to strict firewall protocols in some of the OSF that are blocking the reception of the file (there is no feedback on those rejections so for WIPO DAS the file was successfully transferred).
These issues could be related to PDF problems like:
When DAS Support is notified of the situation, we contact the technical department of the OSF to ask them to re trigger the transaction, if it fails again, the file is then shared manually via secure SFTP.
| Those manually shared files need to also be manually processed in the OSF, which is complicated for the offices that have automated the access to WIPO DAS. |
