Although WIPO Sequence can both import and validate simple sequence listings greater than 100K, if WIPO Sequence has trouble trouble importing a particular sequence listing, we provide the following work-around solution below.
Step-by-step guide
The following steps should be undertaken:
- Create a project by importing a just a subset of the desired sequence listing. For example, if the sequence listing is 100,000 sequences, then import 20,000 in the first pass.
- Within the project details page of the project, continue to import successive ranges of sequences into the relevant project.
- Once complete, verify that at the top of the project that the current number of sequences is present in the project.
