disclose a sequence which contains less than 10 specifically defined nucleotides

, based on an ST.25 sequence listing?
For a sequence to be included in an a WIPO ST.26-compliant sequence listing it must meet the minimum length requirement. For specifically defined nucleotides, this is a minimum of 10 nucleotides. See WIPO ST.26 paragraph 8. If you claim priority from import an ST.25-compliant sequence listing that does not meet the minimum length requirements, it will not be possible to generate an ST.26 sequence listing.
It's possible to keep this particular sequence as "Intentionally Skipped" into the ST.26 Sequence listing. nevertheless, this sequence should be included in the specification of your patent.
into WIPO Sequence, this sequence will appear as 'intentionally skipped'.
The advice provided in Scenario 3 of Annex VII of WIPO ST.26, which provides recommendations on how to avoid added or deleted matter, is to include the excluded sequences in the application body. The excluded sequences may be included in the application body, where those sequences have not already been included therein.
