Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina implements CP8

In calendar year 2023, the Intellectual Property Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina received 903 national applications. 755 national applications were registered.  Compared to 2021 (799), the number of filling in national applications increased.         

At the same time, the number of trademark applications filed under the Madrid System is 35.  Compared to 2023 (37), the number of applications fillings decreased.

BA Office was designated in 2413 international applications in 2023.  Compared to 2022 (3031), the number of applications fillings decreased.
