*According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2019 № 829 "Some Issues of Optimizing the System of Central Executive Bodies", in order to optimize the system of central executive bodies and in accordance with paragraphs 9 and 9-1 of Article 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine was renamed as the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.

In 2019, there were no significant changes in the functioning of the Ukrpatent QMS.[1] According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2019 № 829 "Some Issues of Optimizing the System of Central Executive Bodies", in order to optimize the system of central executive bodies and in accordance with paragraphs 9 and 9-1 of Article 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine was renamed as the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
