Par.23-29: the IPO SR does not publish corrected patent documents neither on CD-ROM nor on other machine-readable carriers. Corrected versions are published only on the paper. Par.30-31: the IPO SR does not use supplementary correction codes. IPO SR does not keep the following files for trademark search as recommended in the paragraphs j), k), l) of the Standard ST.64: - List of Common Names for Pesticides and Other Agrochemicals issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) - List of names of plant varieties registered in Slovak Republic - List of names of individuals and legal entities (e.g., business register). Names of agrochemicals, plant varieties and business names are not considered as a reason for the opposition against the registration.

As to General Recommendations, paragraphs 4 and 5: Par.4. The IPO SR does not require the usage of codes for standard RGB color space, it requires a verbal indication of the colours only. Par.5. There is no legal obligation for an applicant to provide images in electronic form.
As to Recommendations for Electronic Image Format and Size, paragraphs 7-12: The recommendations in respective paragraphs are implemented by the IPO SR.
