WIPO Standard ST.18: Patent gazettes and other patent announcement journals
Implemented
The patent applications, theissued Estonian and Europeanpatents, amendmentstothe register, decisions on thesupplementaryprotectionformedicinalproducts and plantprotectionproducts are publishedin the Estonian Patent Gazette. SinceDecember 2014 itispublished 12 times a year.
The registered utility models and amendments to the register of utility models are published in the Estonian Utility ModelGazette.Since December 2014 it is published 12 times a year.
