Following task force discussions
Task Force Members are highly encouraged to follow all the relevant activities in a specific Task Force by setting “Watch this Space”. Please follow the instructions below
In order to enhance communication among members of each Task Force, please note the following guidelines:
Initial Configuration
Edit Profile
- Change your details and initial password which the International Bureau provides
- Change the way you are notified of updates via email and your default home page and language
To edit Profile, click on your account in the top right-hand corner of page.
Set Watches
If you

would like to be notified by email of the changes to a page, news item or even an entire space, you can do so by setting Watches.
In order to start “Watching” a Space you should:
- Open the Task Force main pageTo set Watches for this entire Space:
- Click on Browse in “Watch” at the top right-side corner of page, select Advanced, go to Subscribe and choose "Start watching this space". Entire Space Watches is set by default.
- To set Watches for a specific page:
If you are not interested in all subjects discussed in this Space and want to receive a notification regarding a specific subject, you should set Watches for each page dealing with the subject you are interested in instead of entire Space. First, you should stop watching this Space in the Subscribe and then set Watches for the page by clicking Watches under "Tools" in the upper right-hand corner of page.

Profile Settings
To access your Profile, click on your account icon/photo at the top right-hand corner of the page and click the “Profile” item in the menu.
- Change your details as appropriate and initial password which the International Bureau provides by clicking on the “Profile” tab.
- Click on the “Settings” tab to change the parameters of the email notifications, your default home page and language.

Permissions
Different types of permission are given as follows:Permission
- Task Force members have permission to view pages, add comments and upload attachmentsattach files to pages.
- Task Force Leader has additional permission to create a new page for starting the discussion pages and to provide news concerning any activity activities related to the Task ForceForces.
Deletion
- Any removal of posted information should be requested of to the International Bureau.
