Background

The WIPO Digital Access Service (DAS, also known as the Priority Document Digital Access Service) is a system allowing priority documents to be exchanged directly between Offices instead of requiring the applicant to request and forward certified copies of patent applications to support priority claims. 

The system provides for applicants and offices to securely exchange documents, meeting the needs of the Paris Convention for certification.

CNIPA responses blocked: waiting for CNIPA to restart sending responses (request

SFTP file processing random issue (load related): in process, files being manually processed for the moment until the response is finally generated.

Resolved:

Process tracking issue: Resolved on 27/9

PDF, issue identified and resolved for the moment. DAS is receiving now all the pending PD files that were requested from September 14 onwards. The server is under heavy load.

Slow internal process of some requests, code changes to be implemented this week to reduce/resolve those delays.
