Considerations on changes happening as a result of the above roadmap
Bulletin (FTPIRD)
For Offices who retrieve data from the public FTP website, changes will occur as of April 7, 2023 (Edition 14 of the Bulletin)note that this archive keeps a 2-years history of past Hague Bulletins.
The structure and content of the FTP folder will change is as follows:
- The root folder will continue to include DTD version (Sunset - to be decommissioned)
- ST_96_V_4_0 will continue to include includes ST.96 V4.0
- ST_96_V_4_0_test
- ST_96_V_3_1 will be is discontinued (no longer populated with new files)
- ST_96_V_7_0 will now include includes the ST.96 V7.0
- ST_96_V_7_0_test will include includes test files for the ST.96 V7.0
Decision supporting documents
Starting with Bulletin issue 10/2023, the FTP Bulletin publication now includes the decision supporting documents, the same way the Web Bulletin (https://www.wipo.int/haguebulletin) has been doing since 2015.
The documents are enclosed into the 'iyyyyww.zip' file inside the 'images' folder on ftpird, along with designs, into similar directories (named as the decision's IRN).
