The connection between WIPO and USPTO will be upgraded to REST API transfer.

This is a major change and might affect the delivery of US files to OSFs, delays are expected during the transition and might extend until the end of the weekend.
Please be aware and if possible try to reduce the retrieval request to the minimum during the days before the switch to the REST transaction.

KIPO
We would like to inform you that, due to the Korean national holiday period from October 3 to October 9, the review and processing of priority document requests at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) will be temporarily suspended.
As a result, any priority document requests submitted to KIPO by foreign IP offices after 00:00 KST on October 2 will be processed and transmitted sequentially starting from October 10CNIPA servers are unreachable since 2026-02-15, office has been contacted.
