How to add a file to your tracking list
To add a priority document to your workbench, first press the "Add tracking" button:
And then enter the details requested in the form:
Fill the information as per the form, for the format to use for submitting the "Priority number", better check in the following WIKI page: 1.- Priority number format in use by IP Office
The U.I. will give you a hint on the format to use, after you enter the "Country Code" on the "Priority Number" field:
After you submit all the required information, you should press the button "SAVE", it should be noted that this operation is allowed if all of the provided details match one of the priority documents registered in DAS.
If for some reason you entered the wrong information, the system will show you an error message at the top:
But the information of the form will not be deleted, so if it was a minor "typo", you can just correct the error and resubmit the request (via the button "SAVE")
Notifications for changes in your tracked files
Under the Notifications section of Applicant portal, you can choose your preference for the notifications you want to receive, by selecting the appropriate box.
