Applicants are served on a one-stop-shop basis, using all available forms of information provision (service by telephone, e-mail and upon arrival at the SPB; provision of information on the SPB website). In 2020 another form was installed - remote video consultation via MS Teams program. The SPB paid a lot of attention to improving the quality of consultations and installed call recording and a topic-based query function that allows the applicant to select a relevant topic and faster get the answer they need.

IV. ICT SUPPORT TO SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL DESIGN INFORMATION CARRIED OUT BY THE OFFICE
In 2020 the SPB paid a lot of attention to the improvement and expansion of SPB electronic services. Updating old ones and creating new.

Hardware used to supporting business processes of the Office
Completed migration of system servers of Trademarks, Designs and Patent Registers and other related information to the State Data Center.
Internal databases: coverage, updates, interlinks with external sources
Improved internal information systems of Trademarks and Design Registers (back office). New indicator has been monitored, with the registration of trademarks and designs, more specifically - the part of the related documents sent electronically from the SPB to the applicant. This the result of the indicator exceeded expectations, as it reached 100% performance. Documents relating to the settlement of disputes sent to the applicant by e-mail, part of 2020 m. reached 99 percent.
An agreement was reached with the State Enterprise Center of Registers on Trademarks and the interfaces between design registers, Legal Entities and Address Registers are automatic. Data integration will facilitate the use of SPB electronic services, as the basic data of the applicants will be generated automatically, and will decrease the likelihood of errors in the documents provided. Integration work completed successfully in January 2021.

In 2020 1 event was organized for the protection of intellectual property objects to discuss topical issues:
• Workshop on "Key Aspects of Trademark and Design Protection" (in collaboration with Business Lithuania; almost 400 participants from various business sectors);
In addition, the SPB has joined the business portal bzn start, which regularly shares expert experience and advice on the protection of industrial property objects. SPB participated in Networking Day and Launch business events organized by this portal.
