Main kind of files is the collection of all national industrial designs in paper form that is updated continuously, and the collection of International Design Bulletins.

V. Activities in the field of computerized search systems for industrial designs

There is an industrial design expert, B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (speaks English very good and German well). He has his own PC station and he is connected into a LAN. Everyday work is based on the following software: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. The database of filed industrial design applications and the granted industrial designs are developed within Microsoft Access.
