The requirements specification was revised finalized and posted on March 16April 10, 2012 with the proposal to build an initial release of DAS 2.0 without making use of the revision 2.4 (version with tracking changes). It includes a few minor corrections by removing two inappropriate descriptions of ACL. The specifications (revision 1.0) of the DAS 2.0 Applicant Portal was also added.
Due to the late and short notice, some Offices wish to postpone the feedback deadline for one more week. Members of the Consultative Group are inivited to comment on the new revision 2.3 by Monday March 26, 2012 (please click here to read the version of the same document with tracking changes). Changes between the two revisions 2.3 and 2.2 are mainly related to the Applicant Portal Use Case are are tracked as attached.

DAS security improvements to add cross-check of the priority filing date are already available in the TEST environment of DAS and supported by exchange via TDA/PDX 1.7.2 and PCT-EDI. The planned schedule for DAS improvement upgrade is based on to the TDA/PDX 1.7.2 implementation timelines as discussed and agreed with "Route C".
This change was released in January 2012.
