In September 2015, the Postal Museum in Banská Bystrica was for the first time in the history presented in the IPO SR premises through two parallel exhibitions. The Exhibition Inventors and Technical Artefacts Artifacts on Slovak Post Stamps presents by album leafs Slovak post stamps with the 1st day of issue envelopes dedicated to important pioneers of science and technology and to technical artefactsartifacts.
The Biennial of Illustrations Bratislava on Czechoslovak Post Stamps is the name of the other Exhibition. This Exhibition presents the works of participants in 70s to 90s of the last century. It was in the middle of November replaced by not less interesting Exhibition How We Lived before 1989 to commemorate the end of the totality period and democratic changes. The Exhibition does not evaluate the past period but represents it and evokes the visitors memories and inspires them to reflect.
