The connection between WIPO and USPTO will be upgraded to REST API transfer.
USPTO systems might become unreachable as early as Sunday 21st of September and will remain offline until at least 24th of September after 6 PM (CET)
This is a major change and might affect the delivery of US files to OSFs, delays are expected during the transition and might extend until the end of the weekend.
Please be aware and if possible try to reduce the retrieval request to the minimum during the days before the switch to the REST transaction.
