There were some delivery problems with USPTO that were affecting the retrieval of some files.
Due to formatting issues (in the source PDF), the firewall of USPTO was rejecting the content on their side (for DAS the file was delivered).
USPTO has changed their connection and these type of issues are apparently not happening, we just requested the office to send a new request to DAS to get the file.
They will test, and if it fails, we will share the file manually through the SFTP.
