When you "hover" your mouse arrow over one of the results in the history screen, the display will be updated as follows:


To resend an access code to the same (or different registered person), please click in the button.

Once you click on it, you will be shown the email address that was used for registration:

  1. If the access code needs to be resent to the address that is shown, just press "YES".
  2. If the applicant/agent requested to send the access code to a different email address, please update the email address in the form and then press on "Yes"
